Samer Annous is an assistant professor in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at Balamand University, Lebanon. Samer has a doctorate in education from the Institute of Education, University of London. He coordinated the community service program at Balamand for 8 years and worked extensively with community organizations in North Lebanon.
